Q:  How Do I Book A Flat?

Bookings:

Our weekly bookings commence on a Saturday and end on a Saturday morning `

Check-In we aim to have your flat ready for 12pm     

Check-Out is 9.30am 

Q:  How Far In Advance Do I Have To Book?

It is advisable to book your choice of flat as soon as you know the dates you require in order to avoid disappointment.  Our flats, especially the sea views tend to book up very quickly.

Q:  How Do I Pay?

Once we have confirmed your chosen flat is available on the dates of your choice we then require a £100 per week of stay deposit** to secure your booking. 

This payment can be made by
Bank Transfer Payment (details upon request),
Postal Order  (made payable to Eden Vale)
Bankers Draft  (made payable to Eden Vale)
PayPal (only through pre-arrangement with us)
Cheque (made payable to Eden Vale) and posted to us at:

As soon as we receive this, we will send back a letter confirming your booking, so please include a note of your full return postal address and a contact telephone number as well as a mobile number if you have one.

Your full remaining balance is then payable upon your arrival. 

** Please note all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If you are concerned in any way that your circumstances may change and require you to cancel your booking we highly recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance.

Q: Can I get my deposit refunded?

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

YOUR BOOKING IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT

We are happy to offer our guests the flexibility and option for the remaining balance to be paid on the day of arrival.  

* * * * * We therefore operate a strict cancellations policy  * * * * * 

Cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of your booking will result in your full remaining balance being payable. 

We strongly advise taking out adequate / suitable insurance if you are concerned about a potential need to cancel your booking and to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances.

Q:  Do You Have A Ground Floor Flat Suitable For Disabled Person(s)?

FLAT NUMBER 5: Our ground floor sea-view flat has a door wide enough to afford wheelchair access, however, please note that once across the threshold of the flat there is no room for maneuverability to go any further with a wheelchair. 

The best option is to leave the wheelchair in the hallway then walk just a few feet into the flat.
The bathroom is not equipped for disabled persons other than it has a handrail in the shower and we are able to offer you a shower seat if required.
We therefore deem this flat is only suitable for those with very slight mobility problems.

Q:  Is There Car Parking At The Flats?

We usually have space to accommodate one car per flat although this is not guaranteed (depending how many cars we have to accommodate each week).  Parking is on our private area right outside the front door of Eden Vale on the raised terrace, there are only 6 spaces for 7 flats which are taken on a first come first served basis** at any given time of the day.

Please make sure at all times you park in one of our spaces specifically marked with the letters EV.

Do not park on neighbouring property spaces.

** Additional parking is available for FREE overnight between the hours of 6pm and 10am in the council car park across the road.

Q:  Is There A Telephone In The Flat?

There are no telephones in the individual flats, however we do have a PAY PHONE in the hallway.

Q:  Can I Pay By Card?

No, sorry, we do not offer card payment facilities.

Q:  Do We Have To Bring Our Own Bed Linen?

We provide your bed linen which is changed and laundered every Saturday.  

Q:  Do We Have To Bring Our Own Towels?

Yes, please bring your own towels.  We do not provide personal towels.

We do however provide tea towels and dish cloths for the kitchen. These are changed and laundered every Saturday.

Q:  Do You Have WIFI Connections In The Flats?

Yes, we have a wireless connection in the building which you will be able to log into for internet connection.

There are also Internet facilities in the local Library which is a 10 minute walk from the flats located at the back of the Arndale Shopping Centre:-
